1.Basic Information:
Automatic Integrated Powder Coating Production Line is composed of Mixer, Twin Screw Extruder, Cooling-Crusher, ACM Micro-Grinding System, and Automatic Weighting & Packing Equipment. These machines are integrated together and raw materials are processed in an enclosed space with no dust leakage. Capacity from 80kg/h to 2000kg/h is available.

2.Brief Introduction of Our Company:
MAPLE MACHINE (MPM tek) was established in 2006. Since 2009, MPM tek commences to R&D and manufacture the POWDER COATING PROCESSING EQUIPMENT (machines and production lines) professionally.

3.Brief Introduction of our Powder Machines:
1)Container Mixer of SERIES CMR:
Container Mixer of series CMR is an off-line mixing machine with movable containers, using for mixing raw materials. The container loaded with raw materials is pushed to the original-work position, to be lifted, connected and locked to the mixing-head automatically. The raw material is to be mixed homogenously by stir and high-speed crusher while the mixing-head tilts 180 degree to the working position. The container will be back to original position and separate from mixing-head when the mixing process finished. The container mixer is automatically controlled by PLC&HMI. The container mixer of series CMR is flexible equipment for production with high utilization. Mixing efficiently and homogeneously, easy to clean.

2)Twin Screw Extruder Of Series TSE
Twin Screw Extruder of Series TSE is designed with two co-rotating screw-shafts. Raw materials are perfectly to be dispersed and distributed by precise kneading-elements with high speed in the barrel. Twin Screw Extruder is a very important equipment for powder coatings processing.
Features
Screw segments and kneading blocks are designed and manufactured to be uniform meshing clearance (radically, axially and normally) between both two screw-shafts and screw-shafts to barrel during operation by 3D-CAD&CAM. Screw segments and kneading blocks on screw-shafts could be configured optimally according to technology requirements of powder coating processing.
Screw segments, kneading blocks, liners and shafts are made of high-quality alloy steel with heat-treatment and precisely machined. Excellent performance, and long lifetime.
The barrel is designed with efficient heating/cooling system. Temperatures of multiple zones are precisely controlled within ±2ºC.
Gear box is designed with high-torque, low-noise, with torque limiter (opinion). Centralized lubricating and oil temperature control/alarm system.
Feeding system is designed with metering screw and anti-lag device. Homogeneous and accurate feeding. Metal separator is optional.

3)Compact Cooling Crusher of Series CCD
CCD is composed of cooling roller, cooling drum, artificial rubber conveyor and crusher. Thermo-melting material from extruder is rolled to be sheet for 1-2mm by cooling roller and cooling drum, being cooled down by cooling drum to ambient temperature during conveying, then being crushed into chips and discharged.

4)Micro-Grinding System of ACM
The Micro-Grinding System of Series ACM is composed of high speed air classifying mill, cyclone, rotating sieve (centrifugal sifter), super-fine powder collector and fan. ACM is designed with following functions: The raw material is ground to be fine powder by high-speed impacting, particle size classifying in mill, cyclone separating and super-fine powder collecting. A perfect particle size distribution of powder coating can be obtained by regulating the running parameters of ACM system. ACM micro grinding system could be also used to grind pigment, calcium powder, carbonate powder, medicines and foods.
